This work is a self-exploratory project, a journey in search of a forgotten memory. The so-called "forgotten memory", is a non-existed existence, a gap in a timeline. I work with two tunnels showcase two states of mind chasing back to a memory. Also inspired by the film "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind", I tried to think from the perspective of the protagonist Joel, who erased his ex-girlfriend by undergoing a medical procedure, part of his monologue is written on the pedestal.

This work is a project of self-exploration, a journey in search of a forgotten memory. The “forgotten memory” lies between existence and non-existence; it is a gap in a timeline. Two tunnels showcase the duality of the remembering mind as it chases after a distant memory even while it resists finding it. This piece was inspired by the 2004 film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind in which the protagonist Joel undergoes a medical procedure to erase the memory of his ex-girlfriend. Part of Joel’s monologue is written on the pedestal.
